Princess Aurin of the Broken Sky series by Chris Wooding : D
She may well be my favorite character in it, or at least close.
For some reason I did this the hard way, using white on black instead of the other way around :\
I drew out one half, then flipped it for PEFECT SYMMETRY.
I drew her a little too thick, not willowy enough. Also, I hate Aurin's little doberman-eyebrows.
I DO love how those flames came out. They look unintentionally like skulls, which is AWESOME.
